FORMER CTFC CHAIR RETIRES

Many of you will remember Dave Bunting from his 10 year tenure as Chair of CTfC. Now after 40 years as leader and Elder of New Life Church Ignite he has now retired. Last Sunday the church celebrated with a joint gathering of both Alfreton and Chesterfield congregations at Hasland Village Hall boosted by family and friends from those 40 years. There was a lot to be thankful for and memories to share. The celebration was rounded off with a banquet shared together and plenty of catching up chatter,

Dave and Alison will remain at New Life Church Ignite and will continue to contribute in worship and teaching but responsibility for the church has passed to Roney Lemes as elder alongside Martyn Rowe.
